This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from percenta.co.uk (“Percenta”, “we”, “us”, “our”) may be returned.


📦 1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The product was lost or damaged during transit

  • Your order was cancelled by Percenta

All returns are subject to inspection and approval.


2. Return Request Timeframe

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery

  • For damaged or incorrect items, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

Requests made after these periods may not be rejected.


📦 3. Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels

  • Be securely packed to prevent damage during transit

Items showing signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by delivery may be rejected.


🚫 4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items altered or repaired by unauthorised persons

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” products

  • Returns due to change of mind after dispatch


🚚 5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), return shipping may be covered by Percenta


🔍 6. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned products undergo a quality inspection

  • Approval or rejection will be communicated after inspection

  • If a return is rejected, the item may be sent back at the customer’s expense


🔄 7. Replacement or Refund

Once a return is approved, Percenta may (at its discretion):

  • Issue a replacement, or

  • Process a refund according to our Refund Policy

To request a return, contact us via the Contact Us page on percenta.co.uk and provide:

  • Order ID

  • Reason for return

  • Supporting photos or videos (if applicable)

Do not send products back without prior approval.


⚖️ 9. Legal Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
