This Payment Policy explains how payments are processed when you purchase products from percenta.co.uk (“Percenta”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method, excluding any non-refundable bank or gateway fees.

In case of a chargeback, we may request additional documentation to support the legitimacy of the transaction.

If your payment is declined:

  • Percenta may cancel orders that cannot be successfully paid within a reasonable timeframe.
