This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued for purchases made on percenta.co.uk (“Percenta”, “we”, “us”, “our”).


🔄 1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The product was lost in transit

  • Your order was cancelled by Percenta

  • The product is returned in accordance with our Returns Policy

Refund eligibility is subject to verification and compliance with the conditions below.


2. Refund Request Timeframe

  • Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • For damaged or incorrect items, you must notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

Requests submitted after these timelines may not be accepted.

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and labels must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

Products showing signs of use, tampering, or damage caused after delivery may be rejected.


🚫 4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair

  • Clearance or marked “Final Sale” items

  • Refund requests for change of mind after dispatch

  • Shipping and handling charges (unless the error is ours)


🚚 5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

    • Our error

    • A defective or incorrect item

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Bank or payment provider delays are beyond our control


7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return request (subject to return conditions)

Percenta reserves the right to refuse refunds if:

  • Return conditions are not met

  • False or fraudulent claims are made

  • Evidence does not support the refund request
